We won't bore you with the typical mission statements. Instead, allow us to introduce the tight-knit team that makes Jango unique.

All business owners pride themselves on great customer service. However, I believe great customer service should be expected by clients and delivered upon every time -- not touted as some spectacular achievement or fluffy selling point.
Also, I believe that nothing halts progress more than poor communication and lack of structure. That's why efficient communication streams, combined with well executed strategies and systems, are the keys to delivering consistently positive results. And when results are consistent, they can be measured and improved over time.
By implementing well defined processes, leveraging technology, and hiring talented people, I fulfill my personal mission of delivering measurable value to clients at a price point they can easily justify. Operating from virtual office space, our team runs lean without all the financial bloat present within other companies. We're experts in the allocation of time and talent, and this always translates into bigger bang for your buck.
I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but sometimes the beholder has low standards! Just kidding, but over the course of the years, I've come to appreciate well designed logos, websites, enewsletters, etc. While functionality and copy are massively important, having a solid design is crucial to having people want to read the words you've written and use the applications you've programmed. Taking the time to develop a strong design will help your cause tenfold. Let's face it - sex sells.
In certain situations, there are times when a design just comes to me...and it resonates with me...it puts me in a good mood every time I look at it. I look at it on my monitor up close and get happy. I look at it on my iphone and feel glad. I look at on my ipad and want to just stare at it because it satisfies me so much. If every client could experience the same sort of gratification with the designs I create for him or her, my personal mission with each client would be fulfilled.
We live in a digital age of information overload. It's easier than ever to skip past anything that doesn't compel you to pause for a deeper look. Leonardo Da Vinci said “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” I believe excellent design follows this statement. Simple design, done right, not only can command attention but establish immediate trust, produce inspiration, and leave a lasting memory. I believe "effective" design requires more than pretty pictures and buttons. It requires an uncluttered visual experience, confusion-free navigation, and should be intuitive to recognize where to go and how to fulfill your interest.
Listening is a lost art. In the same way no two people have the same fingerprints, every client has a unique vision and message to offer the world, and it requires the skill of true listening to understand and convey it for them. My mission is to deeply listen to every client, to put myself in their shoes. My design aim is to present their uniqueness with clarity and distinctiveness. My goal is that every client will glow with pride when they share their website with the world.
As a copywriter, I believe that my highest duty to a client is no different than that of a cosmetic dentist -- my job is to make you look good. The only difference is that instead of drills and needles, my toolkit contains words. Just as the dentist enhances your smile, I do the same for your virtual image. In both cases, our job isn’t complete until your first impression to the world is an unforgettable one.
I believe that I must get to know your industry as well as you do... and your target audience even better. If I can’t effectively tell your company’s story and inspire confidence in your brand, I’m not worth my salt. Fancy words can never atone for lack of preparation or command of the subject matter; readers are smarter than that.
I also believe that as your copywriter I must be versatile in tone and diction. For example, you are now reading my native style. I feel most comfortable with casual and conversational copy with a splash of humor when appropriate. However, if your subject matter is more serious or technical, I believe that a great copywriter should have the ability to adapt accordingly. And while on the subject of what I believe, I believe you should have full confidence in me no matter what your writing requirements are.
I cut my literary teeth on a love interest in fifth grade when I discovered that through the written word, I possessed the ability to persuade and elicit real emotions from others. Yes, my first masterpiece was a love letter. Since that day, writing has been entwined in the tapestry of my identity as much as anything else.
My mission with each client is to recreate what I felt on that day in fifth grade. No, I’m not seeking your hand to the fifth grade dance, but I do want you to fall in love with Jango Studios. It’s my mission to exploit every ounce of my talent to make that happen.
And in case you’re wondering, she did check the “Yes” box. And then she traced that check with a yellow highlighter. Score!
As a programmer, I believe that the keys to life are attached to... well, my computer keyboard. Originally from Romania, I grew tired of the lack of bandwidth and decided to pack my bags and relocate to Singapore with my loving wife. A typical day for me is sitting behind a computer crafting my next line of code for my own dnn development company. When I'm not coding I'm sleeping (which is not too often).
To code is to love and I love to code. I live for the moments that I create software from scratch which sends tingles up the spine of my client. I take support seriously, and as a result I keep an ear bud plugged into each ear at all times (one for each support line).
This question gives me paws for thought, and I've chewed on it for a while now. What I most firmly believe is that social net-woofing has cat-apulted my studly stature with all the lady dogs out there. How else would they know I work in security? Ladies love a dog in uniform, amirite?
What else do I believe? Hmm. Well, since the premises are safe and sound at the moment here in Jango Studios, I believe I’ll go take Morning Nap #7 – right after I plow through half a bag of food, pee on the corner of Dad's desk, and bark incessantly at the squirrels I see through this window while Dad is on the phone with a client in the next room (sorry if that client is you). Gotta keep these humans on their toes around here!
Oh, M-I-S-S-I-O-N?! Thought it said "missin". Sorry, I chewed my reading glasses into a pile of dust the other day. I guess you could say my mission is to keep everything safe around here. Let's just say that if my dad has ever mentioned to you anything about a "secure file transfer"... he ain't exactly talking in fancy computer language. Smell my drift?
